The clothes are tricky to get out just right. After a lot of testing I have some tips:
I recommend using LoRA strength 0,7 or 0,8. An added LoRA like NjFurry helps too.
Try adding these to your prompt: puffy sleeves, sheriff outfit, curly shoes,
