Ragara Masuyo Caste: Horizon Devil-body: Devil Senses, Hideous Speed (Flight) Character Concept: War Profiteer Ragara Masuyo was born in the Caul and his parents were not quick to leave until they got their investments back from the War in the Caul. So, he spent his early years in Faxai where Dynasts might dine across from penniless outcastes but the intrigues of the Realm remained. But he was just a child, it was other people that fought the monstrous Lunars beyond Faxai, never him so his comfort came at their expense. When his family left the Caul, it was not to the Blessed Isle but to Harborhead for Jade Rush of 728. The majority of his life before Exaltation was spent in Bent Creek, occasionally going to the Blessed Isle (he did wind up going to the Blessed Isle to attend the Spiral Academy joining The Jewel-Strung Web) but he was mortal so House Ragara was happy to have a mortal at Bent Creek to try to watch Peleps Howdarn. In Bent Creek he could make his own schemes where mob rule governs most affairs. He supplied people with armaments and tried to direct matters by making sure whichever side he wanted in control at the moment was better stocked. When he Exalted as an Infernal, he fled as far as An-Teng where he found a secret Infernal cult and picked up An-Teng customs and mixed their choice of fashion with other Southern fashions from frequently wearing a judge’s round smoky quartz sunglasses.
