Blue pupils in positive and red pupils, bright pupils in negative is most consistent but I personally think excluding the pupil stuff entirely gets closest to the in game look albeit risking red pupils showing sometimes. Medium breasts or large breasts. If you think hair ornament isn't showing up visibly enough, up the strength on it like I did.
