1girl, mature female, adult woman, solo, from above, high angle, crouching, kneeling on floor, hunched forward, clutching stomach, hands on lower abdomen, abdominal cramps, painful expression, grimace, clenched teeth, closed eyes, furrowed brow, tears, sweat on face, sweatdrop, flushed cheeks, disheveled dark hair, adult diaper, bulky diaper, soiled diaper, sagging diaper, adhesive tapes, bare legs, bare shoulders, bathroom, tile floor
From above, a high-angle shot looks down upon a mature adult woman kneeling in deep distress on the cool ceramic tiles of a private bathroom, her torso hunched acutely forward over her thighs. Both of her hands are clamped firmly against her lower abdomen, fingers pressing into her skin to brace against the sudden, agonizing spasms of severe diarrhea. Her head hangs downward with eyes squeezed shut in pain, dark eyebrows sharply knitted together, and her mouth drawn into a tight, trembling grimace. Strands of unkempt dark hair stick to her temples where fine beads of cold perspiration gather and run down her flushed jawline. Around her hips, she wears a thick, bulky white disposable adult diaper fastened snugly with tape tabs at each flank; the padding between her thighs hangs swollen, heavily sagging, and visibly soiled from the uncontrollable gastrointestinal discharge, straining the gathered elastic cuffs against her inner legs. Her bare knees and shins press firmly into the smooth floor, bearing her trembling weight. Soft, diffuse light from a ceiling fixture casts muted shadows directly beneath her huddled form. A single droplet of cold sweat rolls from her chin and hits the dry grout seam between the floor tiles, darkening the porous line on impact. Clean linework. Colors are gentle, skin tones smooth and glossy, with expressive eyes. Acute distress.
