Phantom Lady is a superheroine and member of the Freedom Fighters. Delilah "Dee" Tyler was trained by Sandra Knight to be the next crime fighter who would control light with projector technology. By manipulating black light, she could cast illusions and use invisibility. She was also an expert martial artist in “savate” (French kickboxing).
