The Water Greninja

The most powerful water starter of water element Pokémon is Greninja. The reason why because Greninja is widely considered one of the most powerful and competitively viable water starter Pokémon due to its exceptional speed, versatile Hidden Ability Protean, and the unique powerful Ash-Greninja form it can achieve.  And there got mega greninja and I prefer Ash-Greninja then mega greninja.
