A fallen kingdom
I just realized out of all the photos I've published that none of them have been of scenery or had little scenery in the background, I know I JUST posted an apology post for being missing for so long, but I just realized and decided to change something about it. And I'm glad I did! To me, the scene is a gorgeous yet solemn mix of beauty and abandonment in front of a temple. The roses, butterfly, and doves add a splash of life to the image despite the decay and crumbling structures around. I do adore this piece - and yes, I'm aware I say this about my pieces A LOT 😭 - but I'm really proud of myself for making a scenery image when I've only been posting images of people!
