Character Concept - Steampunk Metalsmith 2

This woman isn't just a talented and disciplined metalsmith. When she can, she enjoys taking part in one of her favorite hobbies: tinkering. Where one might see a piece of scrap, a lone cog or a defunct gun barrel, she sees potential. To her, each individual piece of scrap that is brought to her workbench is a piece of a puzzle, a problem to be solved. Of course she knows how to craft basic commission goods and weapons. But what if these parts can be fit to form something new, something innovative? Or could they maybe be reshaped and used to create something even the most skilled smiths haven't even dreamed of yet? Though it may not look like she is doing much as she stands in silence, observing her piles of scrap, the cogs of her imagination are vigorously turning as she dreams up her next big project.
