USS Bouctouche
Shipgirl AI of USS Bouctouche, namesake of a former town and now neighbourhood of a New Brunswick fishing municipality near Moncton on the shores of the Northumberland Strait. She would take the form of a "forced augment" which was "recruited" by Khan Noonien Singh's allies from the various tribes of the Mi'kmaq which lived on the land before the coming of the white man. Given that her namesake town had a prominent lighthouse located on a sandbar which sheltered the harbour, she is often attracted by the sea of any planet she encounters, often going down in gynoid form to "taste the sea air" to ensure the place was safe for her crew. She perpetuates NCSM Buctouche (the spelling was changed in recent years to a more French-like manner), a Flower-class corvette that served in World War Two. Bouctouche the shipgirl was created as the synthetic "soul" of a Sabre-class frigate, one of the last of the original order of 122 ships to be commissioned into Starfleet in 2364. Said ship would last for fifteen years until the wear-and-tear of the Dominion War forced its paying off in 2379. Two years later, she would take out an improved Sabre-class ship, said vessel lasting for twenty years until Frontier Day. There, she would be forced to scuttle the ship in a ramming attack on a small group of possessed vessels moving to destroy the Earth Spacedock. Two years later, she would commission a Da Vinci-class destroyer, which she serves on to this day.
