Fukushima Fujiko AKA THG Fubuki

The first metahuman shipgirl to rise, she is the living kami of the special destroyer THG Fubuki, launched in 1927, commissioned the following year and sunk in battle off Cape Esperance on Guadalcanal in 1942. Seventy years later, a young metahuman known publicly as Suiki was taking the chance to tour the Solomon Islands, flying about on her special umbrella Kasa-tama as she took the chance to explore Earth during her spring break before entering the second year of elementary school. Passing over the site north of Guadalcanal where the Fubuki sank, the Spirit of Innocence's always-active cosmic empathic aura triggered something within the wreckage deep below. The destroyer's long-sleeping kami, so forged by the memories and dreams of all who designed, built and crewed her in her fifteen years serving the Heavenly Sovereign of Japan, was instantly attracted to the young Japanese girl's aura of curiosity and innocent wonder as she looked around the once-soaked battlefields that had consumed lives by the thousands long before she was born. Finding itself - herself! - yearning for the chance to be with such a pure soul, the kami of Fubuki touched something more ancient than all life on Earth! Thus, the living spirit of Yiziba - the Conservator - delivered the declaration... "YOU ARE READY, FUKUSHIMA FUJIKO!" And then, a transformation unlike anything that had ever happened began. The remnants of a 2,050 tonne destroyer was pulled from the floor of Ironbottom Sound, crushed into a metaphysical humanoid shape, then merged with a long-dormant synthetic "battle doll" that was one of THOUSANDS of such beings first raised as a nearly endless army under the control of the second incarnation of Yiziba's first metahuman, the Healer of Destruction himself. That, aided by the trans-uranic mineral which formed Yiziba's heart, would see the merged being become a metahuman teenager girl, who was gifted high-end FISS (Flight, Invulnerability, Superstrength and Superspeed) powers, a deadly force blast ability and a cryokinetic power influenced by her ship's very name...which then appeared before a wide-eyed Saeru Hinako.
