In the previous recap, we reached number 4. I will now continue with the fifth section. I recommend starting with Part 1 so you do not lose the narrative continuity and can better understand the development of this summary and recap of the story, specifically regarding the Kingdom of Arcadia. SPANISH: https://pixai.art/artwork/1917262855278838408?utm_source=copy_web ENGLISH: https://pixai.art/artwork/1917264567535235127?utm_source=copy_web It retrospectively explains how the archmage Wortias was able to use his degree of autonomy as duke, as well as his personal prestige, to conceal and protect the organization, preventing information about the Red Diadems from reaching the king in time. 6) Of course, this connects with the following text, in which an omniscient narrator describes exactly what happens after the encounter between the Duke of Matorias, Wortias, and the mysterious visitor presumably sent by the Red Diadems. It also establishes the important amplifying effect that the red pearls have on people's powers and abilities. However, although the omniscient narrator is aware of the dark secret behind the red pearls, the reader is not yet told what that secret is. 7) Up to this point, we have been able to observe the Red Diadems from the outside, so to speak, either through an omniscient narrator or through a retrospective account. From this point onward, however, I begin narrating in the first person, showing the experience of a particular individual within the organization. We step into the shoes of Ficlas, a man who joined the Red Diadems. However, his background is far from ordinary. It describes his distrust and his desire to survive in such a dangerous environment, even if doing so requires him to take extremely high risks, such as the very act of keeping a secret diary about the organization. 9) Following this text comes “The Third Rank of the Red Diadems,” which is also an entry from Ficlas' secret diary. One of the most important is making contact with and attempting to recruit members of other like-minded organizations. On the other hand, he must also attempt to subjugate members of other criminal organizations to the Red Diadems by contesting their territory. To accomplish this, the Red Diadems employ a method of extreme secrecy and subterfuge: their members are organized into semi-autonomous cells, allowing them to maintain their clandestine nature. 10) The following text also belongs to Ficlas' diary, meaning that it is narrated in the first person by him. He also demonstrates a certain degree of caution and distrust toward the red pearls themselves, the elements that allow them to fight against more experienced or powerful individuals. After all, the pearls enhance the abilities of their bearers, but he himself does not know what their side effects may be. To be continued in Part 3.
