1ヶ月に何回か現れる憂鬱期間🫠 耳鳴りと頭痛がする🤦‍♀️ こういう時はいろいろと普段気にならないことが気になる。「世の中にはいろんな人がいる」ということを前提に普段活動してても、この憂鬱期間に自分とは違う価値観の人に遭遇すると勝手に凹む。仕事もそう。体調悪い時は行きたくない〜！でも、そう簡単に休めないのがお仕事ですね😇 がんばってきます！
