character: izumi_(blue_archive) 1girl, solo, 1990s (style), retro anime, cel anime, cowboy shot, from below, looking at viewer, wink, one eye closed, grin, open mouth, :d, blush, v, peace sign, hand near face, tilted head, weight shift, long hair, very long hair, grey hair, ahoge, hairclip, demon horns, black horns, yellow eyes, yellow halo, halo, japanese clothes, kimono, off-shoulder kimono, bare shoulders, wrist scrunchie, outdoors, day, sunny, clear sky, clouds, cast shadow A cowboy shot from a low angle captures a cheerful girl posed mid-movement against a bright outdoor backdrop. Her weight rests on her grounded left leg while her right knee lifts in a jaunty step, angling her hips and leaning her torso forward toward the viewer. Her right hand raises beside her cheek in a crisp peace sign, while her left arm bends at her side with her fingers resting against the gathered fabric of her sleeve. Her head tilts to the side as her right eye winks shut and her left golden-yellow eye looks directly at the viewer, framed by an open-mouthed grin and rounded blush marks high on her cheeks. Thick locks of very long grey hair flow past her waist, rippling to the right in the breeze alongside a prominent curved ahoge rising from her crown and small dark hair clips securing her side bangs. A pair of smooth, curved black demon horns protrudes upward from her hair above her temples, while a glowing yellow halo hovers horizontally just above her head. She wears a traditional patterned kimono draped loosely to leave both shoulders bare, fitted with wide hanging sleeves and cinched at one wrist with a ruffled scrunchie. Direct sunlight from the upper left strikes her bare shoulders, horn edges, and cheek, casting a single hard-edged cel shadow across the concrete pavement below that aligns with the angle of the light. Behind her, a low stone wall separates the street from a clear blue sky filled with flat-painted white cumulus clouds and the distant silhouettes of utility lines. Cute cel shaded anime style with strong hand drawn animation vibes. Flat, high contrast colors, clean outlines, and simple shadows mimic classic TV anime frames. Playful nostalgia.
