This medium shot, eye-level scene depicts two high school girls enjoying themselves at a public park fountain. The girls are positioned centrally, laughing and splashing water, with one girl slightly in front of the other.
Both characters are Japanese high school students with youthful faces and expressions of pure joy. One girl has a larger bust than the other, creating a visible contrast in their silhouettes. They are dressed in school uniforms consisting of extremely short, light-colored micro-pleated skirts that flutter dynamically as they move, and ultra-thin, transparent white button-down shirts. Due to the school rules mentioned and the effects of perspiration and fountain water, their shirts are sheer and cling to their skin, revealing the absence of undergarments. Their hands are splashing water and gesturing excitedly.
The background features a sunny park setting with a large, ornate stone fountain spraying arcs of shimmering water into the air. Lush green grass and distant park trees surround the scene.
The visual style is a high-quality anime illustration with bright, saturated colors and a cheerful atmosphere. The lighting is vivid daylight, creating glistening highlights on the water droplets and a translucent effect on the damp fabric of their clothing.
