Akiyama Mizuki's Shocking Moment!

I've always been captivated by Mizuki's unique charm, and I wanted to capture a moment of genuine surprise that feels so rare for her character. The stunning sunset glow on the rooftop really adds to the drama of the scene. If you enjoy this piece, please leave a like and follow for more Project SEKAI art!

The youth possesses long pastel pink hair swept into a high side ponytail that drapes over one shoulder, fastened by a delicate hair ribbon, with straight sidelocks framing the face. Wide-eyed pink eyes with tightened pupils stare directly forward in startled apprehension, eyebrows arched and trembling with fear. The mouth is open with parted lips frozen in an audible gasp, revealing upper teeth, while a solitary bead of cold sweat glints on the pale temple near the hairline. A light yellow collared shirt covers the torso, finished with a dark ribbon fastened at the center of the collar; the fabric creases sharply across tense, raised shoulders drawn back in a defensive recoil. Directly behind the figure, a diamond-pattern chain-link fence spans the midground, beyond which distant skyscraper silhouettes and illuminated urban buildings blur into a soft twilight haze. Strong backlighting from the low dusk horizon bathes the scene from behind, casting an intense golden-rose rim light along the edges of the pink hair strands, the shoulders of the yellow shirt, and the galvanized wire mesh of the fence, leaving the front of the figure in muted lavender shadow. A gentle rooftop breeze lifts fine stray hairs and flutters the ribbon tails outward, while the sweat drop catches a bright amber gleam from the fading sunset. Startled vulnerability.
