I am @bigslendercat at this account: https://pixai.art/en/@bigslendercat But for some reason I can no longer log into the account, and I'm forced to use this one instead. I've already written a message in the customer service chat on August 27 and reported a bug on PixAI's official Discord on September 3, 2026. I finally got a reply on September 19, but due to possible misunderstandings my problem wasn't solved until September 25, 2026.
