Low camera tilted a few degrees off level, looking up at her from knee height: a single cute demon girl fills the middle of the frame in a cowboy shot cut just below the hips, leaning forward over the pumpkin lantern so her shoulders tip toward the lens and her twin-tails hang down past her cheeks. Two small curved horns push up through the short black hair above her temples, and tiny red ribbons tie each twin-tail at the side of her head. Her weight rests on her left leg, the right hip cocked, the right knee bent inward so the black velvet skirt breaks into a soft fold at the thigh. Her left arm is bent up to shoulder height, elbow tucked, and between her thumb and two fingers she holds a piece of hard candy by its twisted wrapper ends at chin level, the candy catching the lantern light as a small bright glassy bead. Her right hand rests flat on the top rim of the carved pumpkin lantern beside her hip, fingers curled over the edge, and her long thin tail sweeps down behind her right leg and coils twice around the pumpkin's rounded body, the pointed spade tip flicking up at the pumpkin's left side.
