Someone who claims to be a disciple of The Shadow. He has the same powers as The Shadow but looks different. Not that The Shadow has a perfectly defined form, but this vigilante leaves the criminals he fights alive for the police. Whether a copycat or not, The Shroud has been leaving thugs alive for police to find, although beaten by a tungsten baton or knocked out by rubber bullets.
