Modify image1 by changing the character's expression to a satisfied smile and drastically inflating the black latex suit around her buttocks and crotch into a massive, heavy bulge expanding outward and hanging down between her legs. Keep her blue skin, shoulder-length blonde hair, wrists bound high against the wall with brown ropes, her protruding swollen belly, the glossy texture of the black latex, and the brightly lit interior room background with the wooden door unchanged. The rest of the image remains the same as the input image1.
overlay effect: Wavy visual stink lines and jagged comic-style sound effects indicating wet squelching noises are scattered around the massively swollen lower half of the latex suit.
