From a low-angle perspective looking up from the seabed, a massive amphibious combat mecha advances inexorably across the ocean floor in a heavy, predatory prowl. Its broad, flattened dome-like upper hull and curved shoulder cowlings are finished in matte slate-blue and oceanic charcoal plating, hunched forward against the immense water pressure. Centered within a narrow horizontal visor slit across its dark brow, a single cyclopean crimson monoeye burns with intense luminescence, projecting a vivid red beam through the dark water column and illuminating the rippled sand ridges directly ahead. Its elongated, multi-jointed segmented arms hang low, terminating in heavy, curved iron claws; the forward arm extends toward the substrate with sharp talons loosely parted, while the rear arm balances the stride with joints flexed. With each heavy stride, the wide mechanical footpads depress into the ocean floor, churning pale silt and sand into dense billowing plumes that drift backward in the current. A delicate wake of cavitation micro-bubbles trails from the submerged hydrojet cowlings set flush into its dorsal plating. The surrounding deep-sea environment features undulating sediment plains flanked by jagged basalt outcrops, dissolving into vast indigo darkness in the distance.
