Glow Shaman v2

While traversing the scorched wastelands of the Radiation-Free Zone, one might occasionally encounter the strange figures known as "Glow Shamans." They are enigmatic and, according to many, malevolent. Little is known about them, save that they frequent highly radioactive areas; it is believed they worship either the radiation itself or the destruction it causes, though nothing is certain. Stories about them abound—though, frankly, many are mere fabrications: they are said to be powerful sorcerers, servants of dark deities, or madmen driven insane by radiation, among other things.
