Closure comes in from the right, caught in the air mid-leap, body tilted leftward and forward so her torso crosses in front of Kal'tsit's right shoulder; her long black coat swings out behind her, its red lining flashng open along the flared hem, the white shirt underneath creasing at the waist where the leap folds her. Her twintails stream back and to the right, the ribbons' tails trailing after them. Her right arm reaches across and hooks around Kal'tsit's far shoulder, the hand closed on the off-shoulder fabric, pulling the two of them together; her left arm swings free behind her for balance. Both her eyes are shut in two happy upward-curving arcs fringed with lashes, and her mouth is wide open in a full-toothed grin, teeth drawn as a clean white band, cheeks pushed up by the smile. Her pointed ears tip back with the motion.
Pigment pools darker where their bodies overlap — a soft shadow band under Closure's arm across Kal'tsit's shoulder, a wash of warm grey staining the white dress at the point of contact — while the untouched sheet stays bright around them. A single drift of Kal'tsit's hair has swung across the gap and lies against Closure's black sleeve, hairline-fine, drawn wet-in-wet. Palette held to white paper, cool grey and pale green-white on Kal'tsit, and black with one struck red accent in Closure's coat lining, nothing else admitted. Warm and buoyant.
