タイトルはもちろん入れられます。注意が必要なのは、横書きタイトルであるなら位置と共に『横書きで』とちゃんと指示することです。日本式の漫画なら大抵の場合、『セリフは日本語の縦書きで』とプロンプトで指示していると思います。なので、タイトルはそれとは別に横書きであることを理解させなければ混乱が生じるわけです。
