Thinking out loud: derivative art

I delayed this post for sure 👉👈 Well, better late than never ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ ͡⁠°⁠ ͜⁠ʖ⁠ ͡⁠°⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ Anyway, for a start I will tell you something. First, about my hobby of photography. In games or in real life there are their own worlds. I did not create them. But I can take a picture of something and it will be art, although I did not create the camera, nor what I photographed. Also you can edit photos. In-game photo modes let you do this right away, while you are choosing the angle. You cannot transfer a photo mode from one game to another, and also you cannot add a function to a photo mode that is not there. That is, you do something out of what is there, and you do not do something from scratch. If we talk about editors of real photos, here of course it depends on the person because someone can just move from editor to editor, but this is my post, so I write about myself. So, at the moment my most favorite photo editor is snapseed. It is only on the phone, but personally for me it is the most convenient and is similar to in-game photo modes in convenience. Someone would name photoshop or something else, but personally photoshop did not roll in for me at all. Well so, I did not develop snapseed, but using the functions given exactly in it, I edit a photo in "pleasant boundaries", let's say so. Or here is the game Hozy. There are different rooms in size, which you did not develop yourself, there is furniture, all of which you are obliged to place from the offered. But how exactly you will place everything and where, in some way is also art. Or the most understandable example is your music playlist. You did not compose the music, but you collected it into a playlist, possibly put some special meaning into it, possibly the order of music in the playlist is somehow specially intended by you, etc. Well so. I like exactly this kind of art, but I did not know if there really is such a branch of art and it seems it really doesn't exist.. but I googled and the closest term to this is "derivative art".
