Kthar Ur'Bakem

Kthar, Warlord and leader of the Broken Skulls Tribe, is an imposing mutant—a figure as revered as he is feared by his own people. He eagerly embraces his people's raiding culture and loathes "civilized" societies, viewing them as too tethered to the past and too weak to seize control of the world. It is said that when Kthar flies into a rage, he will not rest until the source of the offense—be it a thing or a person—has been utterly destroyed. Currently, Kthar is waging war against Talon's Dune; according to Broken Skull raiding parties, a mutant and a human woman are defending the settlement together—and the mutant is none other than Kthar’s supposedly deceased daughter, Catha. Although Kthar had long regarded his daughter as a weakling and a coward—believing that death in a glorious raid might have redeemed her—learning that she was not only alive but in human hands ignited the Warlord's fury. He intends not merely to ravage Talon's Dune to reclaim what is his, but to end his shameful offspring's life with his own hands.
