Q'arne
As unpredictable and extravagant as any self-respecting Goblin, Q'arne is a scientist, inventor and (in her own opinion) "artist". To her, the notions of 'safety', 'caution' or 'legality' don't apply, and if they did, she would have ignored them anyway. She combines novel and unstable alchemical elements in bombastic experiments that have earned her monumental reprimands on several occasions, though her connections are such that she practically has carte blanche, given the strangely beneficial results.
