I meant to reply earlier, but the afternoon got away from me and I just now sat down with a clear head. I do think your idea makes sense, especially the part about keeping things simple instead of trying to fit too much into one day. When plans get crowded, I usually end up rushing and then missing the parts I actually wanted to enjoy. If it were me, I would pick one or two things that matter most and leave some extra room in between so nothing feels cramped. Also, I remembered that place you mentioned and I agree it has a calmer atmosphere than the others nearby. If the weather stays mild, going a little earlier could make everything easier. Either way, I am flexible and happy to adjust. Just send me the version you like best and I can work around it without any trouble.
