This anime-style illustration depicts a young girl sitting on a bench or step, looking back at her own buttocks with a concerned expression. Her features include short blonde hair styled in bangs, purple eyes, and a plump face. She wears a white short-sleeved shirt with a red heart applique and a green vest. The focal point of the image is her lower attire—a pair of tight-fitting white shorts that are visibly strained from the pressure of the lumpy bulge on the left side, which is the bulging feces she had soiled inside them. This bulge creates a distinct bump on the back of her shorts. The lower part of the shorts transitions to a yellowish color, blending into the background of a grassy ground with wildflowers and lush green grass, with a pale light source illuminating the scene from above.
