Captured in an eye-level medium shot from a front-facing viewpoint, this high-key digital illustration presents an anime-style character with clean linework, soft-blended shading, and a vivid, cool-dominant color palette. The asymmetrically balanced composition places the character as the central focus in a 3/4 turn, framed by dynamic diagonal lines of falling diagonal rain, which contrasts with the vertical lines of a background building and a diagonal shoreline.
The foreground features a young adult female anime character with a large-breasted build, fair skin, and red eyes. Her voluminous, wavy white hair is styled in two high pigtails secured with long white flower ornaments shaped like peacock eyes. A white veil is tucked into her hair behind her right shoulder. She is sitting on a yellow rocking horse, leaning back with her chin raised, cast shadow over her lower face. As she wraps a sheer white dress-like top layer to cover her shoulders and upper torso, revealing her navel, she also wraps a bare, semi-translucent white cloth around her waist just above her hips.
The background displays a bright day at an ocean beach under a bright rain. A historic-looking building with a black balustrade stands near a green lawn on the left. Blue-grey clouds fill the background sky, which also contains a pink and red splash of color on the right. The turquoise ocean with white-capped waves extends into the distance under a dark grey sky.
