I stepped closer and stared through the lid as my clothes swirled around in water without anyone touching them… I even asked whether there was an invisible fairy inside, but Karta only laughed. Then she told me it was simply a machine that washed clothes automatically. I could hardly believe it. In my old world, laundry took so much effort. But here, people just put their clothes into a box and let it do the work for them? Yesterday, Karta said there was no magic in this world. But as I watched my clothes spinning inside that noisy box, I could only think one thing. There is definitely an invisible fairy inside!
