〇 Sabnock (Goetia) One of the 72 demons listed in the *Goetia*, holding the rank of 43rd. A great and powerful Marquis commanding fifty legions. Upon being summoned, he appears as a soldier with the head of a lion, mounted on a pale horse. While possessing formidable personal combat prowess, he is also highly skilled as a combat engineer; his innate powers are specialized for construction, allowing him to rapidly erect high-rise buildings, fortifications, and urban structures. Although he originally possessed architectural powers, they evolved further after he drew inspiration from a "rapid frontline base-building method devised by humans"—a technique taught to him by his distant relative, Vapula. Currently, he serves as the commander of an irregular engineering unit within the Demon World Army. He leads a team—handpicked from his own legions—specialized in constructing forward bases ahead of the main force and, conversely, conducting sabotage operations against enemy strongholds. However, his single-minded focus on his duties led to the neglect of his family, resulting in his wife's death while he was away on a mission. Left with only his daughter, he is tormented by the realization of his own shortcomings; he now intends to resign from the military, relinquish his title, and go into seclusion to spend time with her. Needless to say, his character design is modeled after the protagonist of a certain movie—the signature role of a certain muscular Hollywood actor 😅.
