Leriana — Aurora Within the Light
For this test, I wanted to explore aurora polarization from a completely luminous direction. I used Leriana in a bright environment filled with water, transparent fabric, crystal, and reflective surfaces, asking Tsubaki.3 to create angle-dependent iridescent color shifts rather than simply adding rainbow colors. The white and ice-blue materials remain as the base, while their edges and reflections shift between cyan, mint, lavender, pale pink, and pearly tones depending on the light. I especially wanted the transparent dress layers, crystal architecture, water, and floating sphere to carry the effect. After a first attempt where the result felt more like a beautiful ice fantasy, I strengthened the dichroic and thin-film interference instructions. This version finally captured much more of the polarized aurora effect I was looking for. I really like how luminous and delicate the result feels while still keeping Leriana recognizable.

Do not make the water look oily or dirty. It should remain clean, magical and crystalline. AURORA EFFECT PLACEMENT: STRONGEST: - floating water sphere, - transparent dress layers, - edges of the skirt, - translucent sleeves, - crystal facets, - water reflections. MEDIUM: - crystal jewelry, - floating bubbles, - transparent decorative elements, - silhouette rim lighting. VERY SUBTLE: - outer hair strands and hair tips. ALMOST NONE: - face, - skin, - eyes. HAIR: Keep Leriana’s brown hair clearly brown. Keep her distinctive bright yellow front streak intact. Only selected outer hair strands may catch subtle cyan, lavender or pale pink iridescent rim highlights. Do NOT recolor the whole hair. FACE AND EYES: Keep Leriana's face clear, natural and easy to read. Her canonical heterochromia is extremely important. Keep both eye colors accurate and distinctly visible.
