For this sports-themed illustration, I chose javelin throw for Gruat. 🏃‍♂️ His strong build made me think this kind of athletics event would suit him especially well, so I wanted to capture the moment just before the throw, when all of his strength and concentration are focused on a single movement. I also used an autumn athletics field and warm sunset lighting to match the idea of enjoying sports during the autumn season.
