Tyrant or Skater?

Naturally, these two types of enforcers don't really get along. The tyrants think the skaters are lazy slobs and the skaters think the tyrants are hardasses. You might be able to play them off each other, but at that point, you're really flirting with danger. The penalty for getting it wrong is almost certainly a long trip to the Detention Cells, so I wouldn't recommend trying it unless that's where you'd be headed anyway.
