A medium shot, eye-level anime illustration of a surreal humanoid character with a digital television for a head, centered against a neutral void. The character's head is a black television screen framed by thin red lines, topped with a small black silk top hat. The screen features a singular, thin red eye on the left side and a large, red spiral hypnotic eye on the right, accompanied by black eyebrows and a jagged blue-toothed grin. He wears a navy blue tailcoat-style suit with light blue horizontal stripes, a large red bowtie, and a red-and-black striped vest. His hands and the television screen are a deep charcoal grey. From his back, several electrical cables extend outward, sparking with visible currents of electricity. The lighting is sharp and cinematic, emphasizing the high-contrast colors of the navy suit and vibrant red accents, creating a quirky yet slightly menacing atmosphere.
