◆モデル事務所の秋は個別や少人数での案件が多い。大勢で仕事をする大型案件があった夏と違って自分を見つめ直すチャンスがあるのが秋である。所属モデルが取り組む「課題」とは？ ⑦ アスリート系(元レスリング選手)・南條アスカ（Nanjō Asuka）・彼女は事務所では「スポーツ系モデル」としてハルカ以外の他のカテゴリのメンバーから近寄りがたい存在になっているのが課題。また、彼女は夕方から学生にレスリングの指導に行ってもよいという契約なので、モデルと指導者の両立も課題。 2. 「他カテゴリのモデルに、力を抜いて話しかける」アスカは普段、話し方まで短く端的になりがちです。レスリング指導ではそれが分かりやすさにつながりますが、モデル同士の雑談では「指示されているみたい」と感じさせることもあります。そこでこの案では、お茶を渡しながら肩の力を抜き、普通の雑談をする練習をしています。課題は、**“教える口調”と“仲間として話す口調”を使い分けること**です。
