G2I_R01: Anima Tree

Sakura looked beautiful that night, dressed in a white kimono patterned with flowers, her pink hair standing out against the watery blue glow of the luminous tree behind her... Her focused expression was particularly captivating. Meditating beneath the mysterious Anima tree had slowly become part of everyone’s daily routine. Little by little, the tree had formed a symbiotic relationship with the colony. Through this connection, Kin had awakened her psychic powers, while Midori was not far from achieving the same. Queen Sakura, on the other hand, had already been psychic long before, thanks to an implant the Empire had given her when she was granted her title as a duchess. Of course, the tree was not their only source of psychic focus. They also had ancient stelae covered in forgotten writings, and even the throne room itself served as a place of meditation. Yet, in the end, beneath the tree remained their favorite. There was something about being there that made them feel more deeply connected to their animalistic nature. From time to time, travelers staying in the colony would join them in meditation, equally captivated by the sight of "cherry blossoms" beneath that luminous tree.
