Compliance-Approved Exposure
Following Orihime Corporation's accession to the Intercorporate Workplace Decency Convention, employee uniforms are now subject to strict limits on total exposed skin. Unfortunately, the Marketing Division still requires a minimum Upper-Body Visibility Index in order to qualify for passive brand-engagement credits. The current solution is considered fully compliant: torso exposure remains above promotional minimums, hands and lower limbs are covered to compensate, total exposed surface area remains within treaty limits, and Legal has confirmed that nobody is technically violating anything. Employees are advised that prolonged use of sealed gloves, boots, and compression armor may result in significant heat retention and sweat accumulation. This is classified as a comfort issue, not a compliance issue.
