From a low-angle perspective looking upward within the pitch-black depths of a rocky cave, a female blue canine beastman undergoes an agonizing metamorphosis on the cavern floor while a colossal dragon looms over her from above. The beastwoman rests with one knee and a clawed hand braced against the rough, damp stone, her spine arched sharply backward. Soft blue fur blankets her athletic body, framed by pointed canine ears pinned back against her skull, a blue tail lashing across the rock, and two sharp horns curling upward from her temples. Her incandescent red eyes stare upward into the darkness, pupils dilated and jaw parted to bare her fangs in a breath of exertion. Sprouting from between her shoulder blades, a pair of developing blue-black leathery wings unfurl into the gloom, surrounded by crackling ribbons of dark magical energy as patches of jagged, blue-black dragon scales spread rapidly across her arms, shoulders, and ribs. Directly above and behind her, the towering dragon anchors its obsidian talons onto an elevated stone ledge, its serpentine neck coiled downward so its own burning red eyes fixate upon her transformation. The dragon's massive frame is plated in thick blue-black scales, crowned with two long backward-sweeping horns, and flanked by enormous black wings that stretch wide to scrape the cavern ceiling. The surrounding void of the cave is broken only by the intense crimson glow of their four eyes and the violet-tinged luminescence of the arcane transformation, casting sharp rim light on wet stone stalactites above. Convective heat and magical pressure cause loose pebbles and cave dust to float weightlessly around the beastwoman's planted knee, suspended in the dark air. Ominous dread.
