- Chihiro has an understated, cozy appearance that makes her look much more like the owner of an expensive little European café than somebody capable of coordinating an entire building evacuation. Hair Her hair is a rich espresso-brown, almost chocolate-colored under dim lighting. It is cut into a soft, rounded short bob, ending around her jaw and upper neck. The crown has gentle volume, while the ends naturally curve inward. Her bangs fall thickly across her forehead in slightly uneven, wispy sections, stopping near her eyebrows. But the most noticeable feature is the pair of very long curled sidelocks framing her face. They begin around the cheekbones before falling well past her shoulders in loose corkscrew-like curls, giving an otherwise practical haircut a surprisingly elegant silhouette. During serious rescue missions, she usually ties these sections behind her head. Because she has absolutely learned the lesson of: Long hair + industrial fan = never again. ❤️ Eyes Her eyes are immediately striking. They are an intense ruby-crimson, transitioning toward a brilliant hot pink/red closer to the iris. Around the pupil sits a deeper red ring, creating an almost gemstone-like layered effect. Her pupils remain dark and sharply visible, making her gaze appear unusually focused whenever her Quirk activates. Her lashes are long, dark, and slightly dramatic—especially along the upper eyelid—while her lower lashes are softer and thinner. There's naturally a faint reddish-pink pigmentation around her eyes as well, making it look as though she's always wearing subtle rose-toned makeup. When Foundation Vision activates, the reds become significantly brighter, almost glowing scarlet. 🍫 Chef Hero Uniform AND THIS OUTFIT IS SO CUTE. 😭 Chihiro deliberately refuses to wear the stereotypical skin-tight hero costume. Her argument: "I'm entering damaged structures and kitchens. Why would I dress like that?" Fair enough. 😭 Her costume resembles an elegant professional chef uniform adapted for field operations. Chef Jacket She wears a fitted cream-white double-breasted chef jacket. It has: short puffed sleeves dark chocolate piping a structured waist asymmetrical upper detailing dark buttons running along the chest One shoulder includes a deep brown protective panel extending toward the collar. Her hero insignia is embroidered subtly over the chest. The fabric is heat-resistant, cut-resistant, and reinforced enough to withstand debris. 👖 Trousers She wears high-waisted, extremely wide-legged dark chocolate-brown trousers. They're deliberately loose so she can crouch, climb, and move freely during rescue operations. There are reinforced pockets around the hips holding: thermometers mini flashlights chalk markers measuring tape rescue tags compact utensils emergency nutrition packets Yes. There is probably a whisk somewhere. 😭 🧑🍳 Hat Her chef hat has been redesigned into part of her hero equipment. It's a soft cream toque, gathered loosely instead of standing completely upright. A thick dark-brown band wraps around its base. Inside is lightweight: communication technology thermal monitoring equipment air-quality sensors emergency location tracking She calls it her "work hat." Everyone else calls it ridiculously adorable. She does not appreciate this. 🧣 Scarf Around her neck—or sometimes tied around her hair—she wears a silky patterned scarf featuring: cocoa brown caramel cream bronze muted gold It has an intricate paisley-like design, giving her outfit a classy café-owner aesthetic. During rescues she can remove it and use it as an emergency: bandage sling dust covering identification marker 🤎 Apron During cooking-related hero appearances or community work, she adds a long warm taupe-brown apron. It wraps securely around her waist with oversized fabric ties. The front carries her café/hero logo embroidered in cream lettering. Hidden inside the apron are several reinforced utility compartments. Because apparently Chihiro looked at utility belts and decided: "No. Apron." 👁️ QUIRK: Foundation Vision Type: Emitter / Sensory Chihiro can visually perceive the structural foundation and stress distribution of physical objects. Essentially, when she focuses on something, she doesn't merely see the outside. She sees its construction.
