A close-up shot focused on a cluster of newborn puppies, filling most of the frame as they sleep curled tightly together against their mother dog's belly while nursing; only a portion of the mother's body and belly is visible at the edge of the frame. Hand-drawn with a traditional ink brush: bold thick outlines defining the puppies' rounded bodies, paws, ears and fur contours, fine delicate brush strokes for their soft fur texture and tiny sleeping faces, shading rendered entirely with cross-hatching and hatch marks. Sumi-e and ink illustration style, black ink on white paper, soft warm atmosphere. Landscape composition, intimate close-up from a slightly low angle, quiet lighting.
