character: misty_(pokemon), copyright: pokemon 1girl, orange hair, side ponytail, blue eyes, black gloves, black thigh-high boots, cropped black jacket, red "R" logo on chest, holding pokeball, hand on hip, leaning forward, grin, fang, doyagao, smug, portrait, from below, night, dock, water, red spotlights, reflection, A low-angle portrait view looks up at a girl with a bright orange side ponytail and piercing blue eyes. She leans forward playfully toward the lens, her weight shifted onto her left leg while her right hand is planted firmly on her hip. In her left hand, she grips a red-and-white pokeball. She wears a skimpy black Team Rocket uniform variation consisting of a cropped black jacket with a large red "R" emblem on the chest, barely buttoned to reveal the skin beneath, paired with sleek black gloves and glossy black thigh-high boots. Her expression is a bratty, corrupted smirk, featuring a rebellious grin and a single sharp fang peeking over her lower lip. She stands on the wooden planks of a dock at the Cerulean Gym; the scene is set at night, with powerful red spotlights behind her casting a crimson glow that bleeds into the dark, rippling water of the gym. The light catches the glossy finish of her boots and the metallic sheen of the red emblem. Bratty corrupted villainess atmosphere.
