Her torso leans forward into the descent as her right hand grips the polished timber handle of a wooden purification wand, its trailing zigzag paper streamers fluttering sharply backward against the rush of air. Her left arm sweeps behind her hip with fingers splayed, releasing a spiraling arc of rectangular paper talismans that curve through the space around her. Her right knee draws upward while the left leg extends straight downward, toes pointed. Her chin tilts down toward the lens with a sharp, spirited smirk, her warm brown eyes locked onto the viewer with focused intensity. Thick brown sidelocks, bound inside white paper tubes, stream alongside an oversized scarlet hair bow perched behind the crown of her head. She wears a sleeveless vermilion vest over an open-collared white shirt fastened with a neat ascot, both ears completely bare and unobstructed, earlobes free of adornment, and wrists unembellished by jewelry. Voluminous white sleeves flare outward around her forearms, leaving her shoulders exposed, while a tiered, pleated red skirt billows with the updraft to reveal a ruffled white underskirt. Below her, weathered stone stairs lead past a moss-dusted stone lantern toward a towering vermilion torii gate framed by ancient cedar trunks wrapped in braided straw ropes. The primary illumination radiates from the floating talismans, whose glowing cinnabar runes cast a warm amber rim light along the underside of her chin, forearms, and billowing hem, while cool indigo twilight envelops the mountain canopy behind. Aerodynamic drag bends the paper talismans into taut parabolic curves as they slice through the updrafts. Spirited enchantment.
