Announcement - Idea for 20k likes special?
[Author's Note: Once you make it to the end of the text, if you have any feedback or wish to participate in this semi-interactive event, please let me know in the comments section. I'd like to get a good idea of the number of people who want to partake and that will allow me to better scale what needs to be done] Hi everyone! I had mentioned in my 18k likes appreciation post, I wanted to do something special for the 20k likes appreciation post and get back on the intended path of doing appreciation posts every 5k likes (my page here is much smaller and uploads less frequently than others on this website, so actually getting 5k likes is no easy/quick task). So, the idea for the event is one that came from a conversation I had with some IRL friends about daytime television, especially the shows we remember watching when we were sick as kids and had to stay home. The conversation instantly came to daytime talk shows, and I was inspired. How would everyone feel about the event being like a daytime talk show, where there's a host (yours truly), guests (the characters from my uploads) and an audience (everyone, especially YOU READING THIS SENTENCE! 🫵), and the audience can ask the guests questions? The key thing here is, any question(s) you ask, the characters have to answer honestly, but can't give away any spoilers. Would some of you find this fun? I've interacted with a good number of you on this platform via comments, but I want to find a way to tie that personal interaction to generated images. The idea would be to let audience members ask up to two questions (I'm a rather small account here, so I don't think participation will be high enough for only one question) of one or a few characters and they could do so as an OC of theirs, a generic audience member of my choosing, or perhaps a fun historical figure. If you want to ask a question as Mickey Mouse? Pfffffffbbt, heck I'll allow it! 🤣 I just checked my like count and it's low 18k, so that should give everyone plenty of time in order to speak up and let me know they're interested. At some later point (at 19.5k likes maybe?) I'll do a follow-up post, asking people for their question(s) and how they would like to be represented in their image. Yeah, I think we'll do that.
