The blonde man sits perched on the forward cushion of a charcoal fabric sofa, his torso thrust forward with weight braced on his feet. Both of his arms are thrust high overhead, each hand gripping a bright yellow plastic cheering baton, his head tipped back as his mouth opens wide in a victorious shout. His bright blue eyes are locked eagerly onto the glowing television display, while a stray lock of pale golden hair falls across his right brow. On the cream-colored area rug beside the low table, the dark-skinned woman kneels with her weight shifted to her heels, her torso turned three-quarters toward the broadcast. Her deep black hair is parted cleanly down the center and gathered into two smooth, symmetrical spherical buns fixed above her ears. She claps her open hands together at chest level in unrestrained delight, her eyes curving into cheerful crescents and her lips parted in an open, beaming laugh directed at the television. Both figures wear loose white button-up baseball jerseys patterned with fine vertical black pinstripes and accented with vibrant yellow trim along the collar, placket, and short sleeves; across each chest, bold arched lettering reads "Tigers" in jet black with a sharp yellow outline. Positioned in the midground corner, the television screen casts intense, flickering emerald-green turf light and cool stadium white illumination across their faces, hands, and the gathered folds of their uniforms. A broadcast banner in the corner of the television display reads "TIGERS 6 - 3" next to an inning marker that reads "9回裏". On the low glass-topped coffee table in front of them, an open chilled aluminum beverage can stands beaded with moisture, where several vertical condensation droplets slide down the cold metal and form a dark wet ring on a cardboard coaster. Warm recessed ceiling spotlights provide soft golden edge-lighting along their shoulders and hair, contrasting against the electric sports broadcast glow, while floor-to-ceiling balcony windows behind them reveal the blurred amber bokeh of an evening city skyline. Exuberant domestic warmth.
