A high-angle medium shot depicts two 7-year-old girls lying on the debris-strewn floor of a ruined mansion. The girls have long dark hair, snow-white skin, and are laughing hysterically with their eyes closed, revealing sharp teeth. They are wearing white, iridescent, skin-tight latex suits that are torn across their oversized, thick bellies. Both girls have thick legs and long arms, with their bare feet featuring shiny pink makeup. Their huge bellies are the focal point, as dozens of worms and slugs are crawling beneath the latex fabric, tickling their stomachs and sides. Pink sticky slime is visible under their armpits and on their soles. The environment consists of crumbling stone walls, rusted metal beams, and shattered window glass. The visual style is 2D anime, characterized by clean line art and vibrant colors, evoking a chaotic yet playful mood with detailed textures on the iridescent latex and slimy creatures.
