A side-view full-body shot in a comedic gag manga style. In a public park with green grass and distant trees, two girls are positioned side-by-side in identical, exaggerated bow-legged squats (ganimata) with their backs arched and buttocks thrust out prominently toward the camera.
The first girl has long pink hair with an ahoge and a red bow, wearing a frilled dress; the second girl has brown twintails with hair ornaments and a red dress with a blue skirt. Both girls are leaning slightly forward, each pressing a hand firmly against their own stomach. A large, messy amount of brown feces is leaking and spilling from their buttocks. Both have intensely flushed red faces, wide-eyed "ahegao" expressions with rolled-back eyes and open mouths, conveying a mixture of embarrassment and release.
The lighting is bright, flat daylight, and the palette is saturated with vivid greens for the park and bright reds and pinks for the clothing and blushing cheeks. High-contrast line work and comedic speed lines emphasize the suddenness of the accident. Chaotic comedy.
