The scene depicts an 4000 meter view of a lively near-future cityscape during the day. The imagery depicts the city divided by districts, some have pristine futuristic buildings walled off from districts overflown with older buildings, bringing a sense of enforcement between classes and the people living there. There's almost no vegetation visible, as the city is located on an wasteland, remnant of an arcane disaster that left the outside as a inhabitable region of radiation and rugged terrain. On this scene, there's no person visible, only the buildings.
