- A young woman with long teal-blue hair in a high side ponytail tied with a red ribbon bow, large blue eyes, confident smirk, wearing a fitted pink short-sleeve t-shirt with the word "BULMA" printed across the chest in white block letters, dark shorts, brown leather boots. Her lower midsection is split open and held apart by a large polished steel ring spreader she grips in one hand. A long, grotesque glistening mass of wet pink viscera hangs out of her body: a bulbous drooping head, ridged and corrugated, tipped with six small finger-like fleshy tendrils that curl and grope like tiny hands; below it a segmented, veined trunk of purple-blue tubing and ropy intestine pulsing in slow peristaltic waves; a wide steel cuff ring clamped tight around the mass lower down; the tail spills past the cuff and pools on the ground in a spread tangle of membrane and gut, dripping dark blood and thin pink fluid. Sunlit forest dirt path, tall green trees, dappled light, scattered leaves, a few fat flies circling the mass, a thin red trail on the dirt behind her, boots planted in a wide stance. Semi-realistic anime illustration, body-horror detail, wet specular highlights.
