Near Perfect Replication Incident: Features E:491

Location: Michigan. Entity: E:491. Details: A woman in the Michigan area went missing 3 days ago, search parties were made to find them, something felt off about it so we had some agents investigate the disappearance of the woman, then 2 days later in a decrepit building we seemed to have found the woman and went over to return them but then, we saw there face and knew it was a trick, but before we realized it had killed 5 of our agents in mear seconds before it ran through the wall and got away, it was E:491 taking a near perfect form of the woman, it's getting stronger and smarter, let's hope we can contain or kill it before more damage is caused.
